Theta Healing® is a meditative technique and technique for personal growth and development. It’s founder is Vayana Staybal and it combines knowledge from modern psychology, eastern spirituality and energy work.
What is the technique Theta Healing® based on?
The technique Theta Healing® is based on the belief that we are the ones creating our reality and that everything that is happening to us is a consequence of our own beliefs and as the creators of our reality we have the power to change it. We get to observe life situations from different viewpoints and release any attachments to old patterns and bring a new quality to our life. We learn how to release any excess of stress and find a greater balance in all aspects of life.
What can this technique be used for and how many treatments are needed?
This technique can be used for practically all subjects and situations in life that burden us and that we want to improve. This technique is not a replacement for any medic, psychological or psychiatric treatment, but a technique for personal development and removing consequences from any of life’s aspects that we are unsatisfied with. If you are on some professional therapy your duty is to consult with a professional about any spiritual practice and personal development technique.
Theta Healing sessions and workshops can be done personally or over Skype. The minimum number of sessions are 3, once a week.
